Pat Kinney is a second generation Realtor that has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in the North Suburban area for more than 3 decades. In this time he has shepherded more than 1800 transactions, from $50,000 starter homes to 1+ million dollar estates.
Pat is a life-long resident of the area he serves, and is deeply committed to his community. Some the organizations he has had the pleasure to support and be involved with include Rockpoint Church, Young Life, Crown Ministries, White Bear Chamber of Commerce, Oakdale and North St. Paul Business Associations and many more.
Married for over 40 years, he and his wife Lori have 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren. He graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Bemidji State in 1979 and has been one of the top listing and selling agents in the North East Metro ever since. He served on the Board of the St. Paul Area Assoc. of Realtors and was a member of the professional standards committee. He was voted in the top most referred agents in the cities. Pat has a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) that less than 8% of agents have, and is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is committed to working with clients using his knowledge and understanding of real estate to guide them through the difficult process of buying or selling their home.
